Coaching is an interactive process. We don't preach and we don't fix things. What we do is use our experience to identify where you, your business, or your family may have become stuck in a pattern that isn't leading toward the future you want. We do this by listening to everyone, by actively engaging each person, and by teaching a new way of listening. Together we work with you to discover and articulate your commitments and define your goals. Then we hold you accountable for following through.

At Next Level, we challenge you to reach higher than you might ever have imagined and are committed to your success. We'll help you establish milestones and celebrate your accomplishments.

The coaching process takes place over a period of time mutually agreed upon by Next Level and you. The length of time is based on the topics you want to address and our professional estimate of the scope of the work. The process generally consists of the following parts:

Part 1:
  • Discussing major events in the past that have influenced the present
  • Looking at the challenges you have faced
  • Understanding the critical importance of your conversations, both internal and external
  • Looking at the power of your Word
  • Learning to listen generously

Part 2:
  • Putting the past in its place
  • Looking at what inspires you
  • Understanding the need for "Being" rather than "Doing"
  • Defining your Vision for a remarkable future
  • Planning the first steps

Part 3:
  • Reviewing achievements and challenges in the process
  • Looking at the importance of Promises and Accountability
  • Reviewing the Vision for the future and its ability to inspire
  • Establishing priorities
  • Setting milestones

Part 4:
  • Understanding the importance of being in Action
  • Reviewing the importance and mechanics of coordination of Actions among all key players in businesses and families
  • Understanding the connection between Promises, Action and the future
  • Making Declarations about the future
  • Enrolling others in the remarkable future you've designed
